FAQ

We will ship your order the same day by 5pm. Usually you should receive your package after 2-4 business days domestically (5-7 days abroad). If your order arrives a little later, this may be due to difficulties with the shipping company.

Domestic shipping is free of charge. For shipping abroad costs will be charged. You can find all information about returns here.

Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, the order must be returned to us.

Upon receipt of your returned order, we will promptly refund you the full amount. Important: It may take a few business days for the refund to reach your account.

We are sorry to hear that. However, our packaging is so sturdy and high quality that the shirt should arrive intact. If there is a defect, please contact our customer service at support@peergroup-clothing.de. The best would be to send us proofing photos. After that we will check the situation. Of course, you can then return your shirt and receive a new one in return.
